HOW! Hotel on Wheelz is run by The Heritage Hospitality group. This note explains what we collect on this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, mobile number, email if you give it, dates, group size and the caravan or road you are interested in.
- A road you build on the route builder is saved in your own browser so you can come back to it. It reaches us only if you send it.
What we do with it
- We pass your enquiry to the Heritage reservations team, who call or WhatsApp you about your trip.
- We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, call or WhatsApp +91 95124 25259 and we will do it.
